Outskirts Press Announces the Release of New Poetry Collection—Serenades For The Soul: My Life And Yours—by Frank De La Rosa Weaver

(EMAILWIRE.COM, January 31, 2019 ) December 19, 2018 – Denver, CO and Houston, TX – In Serenades for the Soul, Frank De La Rosa Weaver explores life, love, laughter, nature’s wonder and God. His perceptions are thought-provoking, inspiring and sobering and his reflections are eloquent with wonder and reverence. The author holds nothing back in this collection, which he wishes to share by offering one of the highest trade discounts in the industry—50 percent. Inspirational naratives are coupled to each poem making the book also useful as an educational tool to help students understand, interpret, write and appreciate poetry.

Serenades for the Soul is a series of inspirational poems spanning 47 years of the life of the author, a man born to English and Spanish heritages in the “melting pot” of southern Texas. Frank De La Rosa Weaver defied the odds and, despite living in an academically underserved part of the United States, earned a degree in electrical engineering and became an aerospace engineer with NASA. His cultural heritage and his determination to succeed developed unique sensitivities and a steadfast resolve—qualities he brings to his poetry.

The author faced roadblocks more complex than those faced by the average American on his path to become a NASA engineer. He brings a sense of that rich tapestry to his writing in his new poetry collection, Serenades For The Soul: My Life And Yours, published by Outskirts Press—the fastest-growing, full-service self-publishing and book marketing company.

It is also sold through Amazon and Barnes and Noble for a maximum trade discount in quantities of 10 or more and is being aggressively promoted to appropriate markets with a focus on the poetry category.
