(EMAILWIRE.COM, September 17, 2019 ) Outskirts Press—the fastest-growing, full-service self-publishing and book marketing company—has just released Progressive Overload, a new self-help book. The term “progressive overload” refers to a gradual increase of stress placed upon the body during exercise training. Author Giovannelli Franchesco takes this concept and applies it to acquiring more abundance in life when people understand what they want, why they want it, and then take it to the next level.

Humans are designed to grow, to adapt and adjust to their environment for maximum survival. Anyone can tap in to this extraordinary gift, and Progressive Overload lays it out in an easy-to-read format. Told through anecdotes and stories in a step-by-step formula, this book is a primer in self-improvement, the intricacies of personal growth and the things that prevent people from achieving success.

Readers will learn to control self-imposed complexities that many of us carry around like pets—how to tame these pets, teach them to sit and wait on command. They’ll discover how to increase their current capabilities, push them beyond what they thought possible and take on even greater loads. And they’ll begin to demand the best for themselves and learn how living in the “here and now”—staying in the present—opens up the mind to finding answers.

With thought-provoking anecdotes, along with trials and tribulations that testify how it all comes together, Progressive Overload addresses the basic human need to achieve and succeed.
